1. Referrer Registration

Referrer must provide accurate information during registration. Each Referrer will receive a unique Referrer ID and Referral Code. The Referral Code may be changed or reassigned by the Company from time to time. The Referral Code initially assigned at registration may therefore be replaced with a new Referral Code by the Company.

2. Referral Program

Referrer may refer users to Finest Matrimony using their assigned referral code. A referral is eligible for rewards only when it satisfies the applicable verification and eligibility requirements.

3. Earnings & Rewards

Referral earnings are calculated according to the applicable referral program. Earnings shown as Forecast Earnings are not automatically payable. Eligible earnings may be confirmed after verification and will be processed according to the applicable payment rules.

4. Payment Information

Referrer are responsible for providing correct bank and payment information. Any delay caused by incorrect or incomplete details may be the responsibility of the Referrer.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Fake, duplicate or fraudulent referrals.
• Unauthorized self-referrals.
• False promises or misleading information about Finest Matrimony.
• Spam or abusive use of referral links or codes.
• Attempting to manipulate or bypass the referral system.
• Unauthorized use of Finest Matrimony branding or content.

6. Verification & Fraud Prevention

Finest Matrimony may review referrals, registrations and transactions before approving rewards. Suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in rewards being held or cancelled and the Referrer account being suspended or terminated.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

The company may suspend or terminate an Referrer account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, false information, misuse of the referral system, unlawful activity or conduct that harms the platform or its users.

8. Program Changes

Finest Matrimony may update referral rules, reward structures, eligibility requirements and payment procedures from time to time. Changes may be communicated through the Referrer App, website or official communication channels.

9. Privacy

Referrer information may be used for account management, referral verification, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention and other legitimate business purposes, subject to the applicable Privacy Policy.

10. No Employment Relationship

Participation in the Finest Refer & Earn program does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership or joint venture unless separately agreed in writing.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the Finest Refer & Earn Referrer App, the Referrer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
