14. Terms regarding promotional offers, paid services, refunds, and service discontinuation.

• The ₹999 Plan is currently offered free of charge as a limited-time promotional benefit by Finest Matrimony.
• This promotional offer is provided solely at the discretion of Finest Matrimony and may be modified, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time.
• Since no payment has been collected from users for this promotional plan, users shall not be entitled to any refund, compensation, damages, or monetary settlement if the promotional offer or the Finest Matrimony service is modified, suspended, or permanently discontinued.
• Finest Matrimony reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, restrict, or permanently discontinue any feature, service, plan, promotional offer, or the entire platform at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
• If a user has purchased any paid plan or service, and Finest Matrimony permanently discontinues its services, the Company's liability shall be limited solely to the actual amount paid by the user for the affected paid service, subject to applicable laws.
• Under no circumstances shall Finest Matrimony be liable to pay any compensation, damages, interest, loss of profits, consequential losses, or any monetary claim beyond the actual amount paid by the user.
• Free plans, promotional offers, complimentary subscriptions, discounts, coupons, reward points, or other promotional benefits have no cash value and are not refundable, transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• By using Finest Matrimony, the user acknowledges and agrees to these terms regarding promotional offers, paid services, refunds, and service discontinuation.
