Terms applicable to agents using the Finest Connect & Earn Agent App
Agents must provide accurate information during registration. Each agent will receive a unique Agent ID and Referral Code. The Referral Code may be changed or reassigned by the Company from time to time. The Referral Code initially assigned at registration may therefore be replaced with a new Referral Code by the Company.
Agents may refer users to Finest Matrimony using their assigned referral code. A referral is eligible for rewards only when it satisfies the applicable verification and eligibility requirements.
Referral earnings are calculated according to the applicable referral program. Earnings shown as Forecast Earnings are not automatically payable. Eligible earnings may be confirmed after verification and will be processed according to the applicable payment rules.
Agents are responsible for providing correct bank and payment information. Any delay caused by incorrect or incomplete details may be the responsibility of the agent.
Finest Matrimony may review referrals, registrations and transactions before approving rewards. Suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in rewards being held or cancelled and the agent account being suspended or terminated.
The company may suspend or terminate an agent account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, false information, misuse of the referral system, unlawful activity or conduct that harms the platform or its users.
Finest Matrimony may update referral rules, reward structures, eligibility requirements and payment procedures from time to time. Changes may be communicated through the Agent App, website or official communication channels.
Agent information may be used for account management, referral verification, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention and other legitimate business purposes, subject to the applicable Privacy Policy.
Participation in the Finest Connect & Earn program does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership or joint venture unless separately agreed in writing.
By registering for or using the Finest Connect & Earn Agent App, the agent confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
